What's the best-documented UFO case you know of?

There are thousands of UFO reports out there, but only a handful come with radar data, multiple witnesses or official records attached. I'd like to start a list of the cases that hold up best when you look at the actual documentation. Which case do you think has the strongest paper trail, and where can people read the original records?
